A:  Resource 1 is not an insurance company, but it works similar to any dental plan. 

It is a 'reduced fee' dental implant program that offers dental implant services at 30-50% LESS than the usual and customary fees and it also provides the members with a replacement warranty that's available for up to 10 years.

 

Q: IS THIS AN INSURNCE PLAN?

A:  No, there is no waiting period, no deductible to pay, no exclusions and best of all no claim forms to deal with.  You deal directly with your Resource 1 Provider and his/her staff.

 

Q:  IMPLANTS ARE EXPENSIVE.  CAN THIS PROGRAM SAVE ME MONEY?

A:  Yes.  As a member of Resource 1, your out-of-pocket costs for dental implants are up to 50% LESS than out-of-network fees, which means Resource 1 can save you HUNDREDS of dollars.

 

Q:  DO I HAVE TO GO TO A SPECIFIC DENTIST?

A:  Resource 1 offers a selected network of trained, modern independently owned and operated dental offices.  "A Center for Dental Implants" (ACDI) is comprised of Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons, Periodontists and General Dentists.

 

Q:  HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

A:  To join, simply call 1.800.851.8745.  Your consultation (including x-rays and a thorough oral examination) is included with your paid membership.   

If you are not a candidate or if you decide not to move forward with your treatment, you can cancel your membership within 30 days of your consultation appointment and receive a FULL REFUND on the $150 enrollment fee and you will not be billed for the x-ray or the consultation.

 

Q:  WHAT IS THE COST TO JOIN RESOURCE 1?

A:  Only $150 and it's FULLY REFUNDABLE if you are not a candidate or if you decide not to move forward with your treatment.  (You just need to contact Resource 1 WITHIN 30 DAYS of your consultation appointment and cancel your membership.)

 

Q:  WHAT IF I JOIN, AND THEN LEARN THAT I AM NOT A CANDIDATE FOR TREATMENT?

A:  Your $150 membership fee will be FULLY REFUNDED and you will not be billed for the x-rays or the consultation.

 

Q:  WHY SHOULD I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?

A:  When a member keeps their membership active, they receive the following benefits

    -They keep their replacement warranty active so if an implant or component needs to be adjusted, altered or replaced, it's covered under the warranty.

    -If there needs to be any additional work, the member will not be charged Usual & Customary Fees; their fees will be the current Fee Schedule (for their state).

 

Q:  HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENEW THE RESOURCE 1 MEMBERSHIP?

A:  1 year = $99

     2 years = $168.30 (savings of 15%)

     3 years = $237.60 (savings of 20%)
